I have to create several similar reports that will have the same data structure and layout, that will have the same data structure produced by different clients.
One of the reports does not contain certain data columns, as they have not been created by one of the clients yet. However, I know for sure that this data will be in place.
I use these columns to create both page/report filters and visuals. In those reports, that do not have all the data, I would like to "pre-filter" the columns, so that when they are ceated I do not have to deal with them.
I can do this in PowerBI Desktop for report/page filters: filters themselves are marked as errors, but the visuals show the data.
However, it does not allow me to do the same in PowerBI Online. Literally, all filters and visuals are marked as errors.
Is there any way of doing this in PowerBI Online?
