Pre-built "plug and play" dashboards

I am trying to convince my company to start using Power BI and now they want a simple demo to show how a dashboard could look like. However, currently, I do not have any data to input. Are there any pre-build templates/samples which include a .pbix file that is integrated with an existing excel file so I just can change the name of the charts and edit the numbers etc?

Attached the excel file for your reference. You can import the file in Power BI desktop by yourself. Also you can download it from here. If any other question, feel free to let me know please.
