Powerbi desktop offline installation

Hey guys, 

Im trying to install powerbi for desktop in an offline on-prem environment with no connection to the internet.

When I'm trying to install powerbi it's downloading .net 4.6 even when I already have it installed on my pc

how can I overcome it?
