I have created a new report in powerbi desktop using a url for example
https: //odata.server.com/gpodata/servername/viewName?filter=filter1
i have published this report to powerbi.com . Next when i tried to schedule data refresh.
please see image for details , up on clicking edit data source the url is pointing to a different url which is not the same url that i have used to publish the report from powerbi desktop.
Two questions
1. Why edit datasource is refering to incorrect URL.
2. Why URL is read ony and how to change it please.
Thank you

@Anonymous ,
It seems that you want filter data in URL, right? Power bi will recognize the root url only and you can't change the url in power bi service, you need to modify your report in power bi desktop.
In addtion, if you want to filter data source, you can add section in web request body or use query string parameters in doc below:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-url-filters

@Anonymous ,
Have you tried clear the global permissions as below?

Thank you for your reply.
I have used a odata url which is filtered from powerbi desktop. data returned successfully.
Then i published the report to app .powerbi. com . my goal is to schedule data refresh on that
published report. when i click on edit data sources its refering a different url (i think cached).
i am not sure how to clear that url and use the same url that was being used on powerbi desktop.
Thanks
