PowerBi datasources wth parameters

Hi All,

I'm trying to inner Join two tables with a third table. The datasource is a Rest API from Smart recruiters.

https://dev.smartrecruiters.com/customer-api/live-docs/customer-api-2/#!/analytics/analytics_applica...

The tables Rest API datasources are

http://api.smartrecruiter.com/analytics/applications (datasource 1)
http://api.smartrecruiter.com/analytics/jobs (datasource 2)

http://api.smartrecruiter.com/candidates/{id}/jobs/{jobId}/properties (datasource 3)

datasource  3 needs parameters in the url source.  Can a query link the tables and pass the required parameters to datasource 3?

Thanks in advance.

Matt

@lonzu

You can create two parameters using "Manage parameters" feature in Query Editor of Power BI, called id and jobId, to list the required values, then change the URL in Advanced Editor of your query to the following:

Web.Contents("http://api.smartrecruiter.com/candidates/" & #"id" & "/jobs/" & #"jobId" & "/properties")

There is also a similar thread for your reference.
