PowerBi, AzureAD Tenant, Dataverse Connectivity

Hello

I'm using the PowerBi Free (so desktop version). PowerApps Pay for developer

I have a tenant/dataverse setup for myself. A pay as you go subscription and full $20/month powerapps license.

I also have access into my clients configuration of the same (with more services)

I have previsously connected to my personal tenant. PowerBI Login (the title bar of the desktop app like all the office tools) and connected to the Dataverse environments associated to this tenant/account.

I have logged out of PowerBI and logged into the client's tenant. When connecting to Dataverse it only will remember the settings to my tenant/account and not honor the PowerBI context and connect to that Dataverse/tenant.

So many security problems with this. But lets start with the most pressing. Who/where is it caching tokens that is allowing it to essentially cross tenant security? I want to make sure those are cleared after every time I use it since I routinely need to change tenants.

thanks

I'll answer with my Hack

Close PowerBI

C:\Users\<user>\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop Store App
    Delete all the things below

.\User.zip

.\Cache - all contents

Restart PowerBI

Then you're prompted again to authenticate to the dataverse when you go and try to use it again.

This is dumb and it shouldn't be caching all your connections without a way to Un-authenticate them.
