PowerBI weird ID string/ data category problem

Hi all,

I'm using the Exact connector with PowerBI, but the userID's are very long strings. I can't find anywhere why these strings are so long when I import the data. For example:

This ID:

239d0f0a-282d-4e12-a7ed-00a49a603453

Is 4 in the Exact software..

This happens with all the imported ID's, is it perhaps a security feature?

Because without the correct ID's I can't move forward..

EDIT:

It seems it could be the data category. But in the data category there isn't a numeric/decimal data type.. I would think I need something like that. I can't change the data category to something else without getting an error..
