PowerBI tenant to tenant migration

Has anyone completed a powerBI tenant-to-tenant mass migration before? If so, are there any useful links to understand how to migrate powerBI reports, dashboard, workspaces between tenants?

Sorry for my late reply.

To my knowledge, currently you can do migration operations between workspaces:

Duplicating workspaces by using Power BI cmdlets 

if you want to migrate all resources to another tenant,you can Export a report from Power BI service to Desktop (Preview) or if you already backed up pbix files for Power BI reports before, you can publish pbix files to new Power BI tenant, and configure gateways, dashboards same as in old Power BI tenant.
