PowerBI report, lines of details with local images

Good day.

A new starter with Power BI, in building a report for a social group.

I have a list of people and some information of each of them. Their photos are also stored in in my computer.

I want to build a page much similiar to the page 3 of the Microsoft MVP Power BI Report with search fields etc. Is it possible? (thinking the photos must be online?)

Which direction I shall go to and any tutorials I can refer to? Thank you.

Based on my research, I am afraid you could not achieve this feature currently, I suggest you upload your local images in OneDrive or SharePoint:
