Hi,

I have 2 columns Amount and currency,

Based on currency i have to show values in Card.

I have created Measure

PaymentReceived = SWITCH(TRUE(),
MAX(Report[Currency])="AUD",CONCATENATE("$",[TotalCalculatedAmount]),
MAX(Report[Currency])="USD",CONCATENATE("$",[TotalCalculatedAmount]),
MAX(Report[Currency])="MYR",CONCATENATE("RM",[TotalCalculatedAmount])

@khush19 , try like

PaymentReceived = SWITCH(TRUE(),
MAX(Report[Currency])="AUD",CONCATENATE("$",round([TotalCalculatedAmount],2)),
MAX(Report[Currency])="USD",CONCATENATE("$",round([TotalCalculatedAmount],2)),
MAX(Report[Currency])="MYR",CONCATENATE("RM",round([TotalCalculatedAmount],2))
)

But my suggestion would be show symbol in a separate column Create a Column with the symbol and rename it the visual with One Character and use that near to value field

@khush19 once you used concatenate function, your measure becomes a text, it is no more a number, although there is no solution for this if you are dealing with multiple currencies except using calculation groups. You can always use format function to set the decimal place but it will still be a text.

Hi Parry2K,

Thanks for the reply,i tried Format but in that also it doesnt return 2 digit after decimal.

Can you please give example which you think will work.

@khush19 try this

PaymentReceived =

SWITCH(TRUE(),
MAX(Report[Currency]) IN { "AUD", "USD" }, "$",
MAX(Report[Currency])="MYR","RM"
) &
FORMAT( [TotalCalculatedAmount], "#0.00" )
