PowerBI desktop client

the software i got is PowerBI desktop client.  and i would like to know whether it is a the same as power BI desktop as i got the insight, preview feature etc missing. 

can anyone help this? thanks

Did you mean store version of power bi? If this is a case, current there are two version of power bi available in windows store.(power bi mobile and power bi desktop)

Power bi mobile is a uwp version of power bi mobile app, it not contains design features.

Power bi desktop store version is similar as normal power bi desktop which you download from official site. It will auto update and may has some small UI and version difference than download version of power bi desktop.
