PowerBI Reports and Drilling Down for Correct Works

Good Day Support, 

I am new to PowerBI, but i would like some guidance is building a report from the attached spreadsheet

Header at top of page  

Chart showing No of Each priorty Jobs and their status drill down who it is assigned too
Chart showing No. of issues raised by each person, the lead person in charge and the status of the job
Chart showing No. of Notification created, Notification Type, notification status
Chart showing no. of issues raised each month drilling down by type and the no. of days it took to complete task
Chart showing the of issues assigned to different sections

Hi @KPro17 

 

The requirement is not detailed. There are many types of visualizations in Power BI (Visualization types in Power BI). You could explore some of them to decide which one you hope to use for each chart in your report. You could add fields to visuals to check the result. As you want No. of some fields, you could aggregate a column with Count or Count (Distinct) type in a visual. Right click on a column in Values card of a visual and select a proper aggregation type for it. 

 

You could start with Table visualizations. Table is the most basic visual and it can show results directly.
