PowerBI Interactive filter in filter Pan

Hello,

I have two date filter in filter pan, 'sales date' and 'order date'. what i want to achive if i select any date from sales date then order date filter should hide or it should not show any value. same should happen while selecting any date from order date.

basically we want to give user to have ability to select only one date at a time. any way to achive this?

Hi @khajvd,

If you create a date table (see link provided) you should be able to create a relationship between [SalesDate] and the date table and also between [OrderDate] and the date table. If both columns have a relationship with the date table you can create a slicer where you use the date table and that way you can filter both salesdate and orderdate at the same time with 1 slicer.

@Anonymous Actually what i wanted to achive if i select any value from sales date then order date value should hide. and if i select any value from order date then sales date value shoud hide.

In my case both the table are connected with the fact table. and the method you mention conneting date table with both the table is not possible as with one table we can not reach to the fact table in two diffrent path.
