PowerBI Desktop only shows part of the data

Hi,

I am experiencing a weird issue and I was wondering if anyone else encountered it.

I am getting data from .json files hosted on Azure. In PowerBi Desktop whenever I refresh the data, I only see about half of the data. (There are millions of rows of data)

When I publish it to PowerBI.com, again I see only half of the data. But when I do a refresh online (in PowerBI.com), whether it's manual or scheduled I get to see the full data. (Of course, I did no changes online to the report)

Did anyone encounter something like this?

I have never encounterd this issue before. I suggest you get a Fiddler trace for more detail information.
