PowerBI Desktop application opens where report VISUAL is SHIFTED but mouse RESPONSE is UNSHIFTED

Not sure if this is the correct place, but I can't find a link that says "report issue."

 

  • For the past month or so, when I open PowerBI Desktop, the visual image of a report is shifted DOWN/RIGHT and I can't move it (see pic).
  • What's worse is that that my mouse clicks are shifted correspondingly. For example, if the report is shifted DOWN 300 px and right 400 px, then if I click at position 0,0, the effect of my mouse-click takes place at 300 px DOWN and 400 px RIGHT (see pic again).
  • I have tried re-starting the app (no effect).
  • I have tried updating the app (no effect).
  • The only thing that fixes the issue is a reboot.
