I have a table with roughly 400K rows. When I went to data view, I noticed that there were around 700K rows and 300K blank rows were appended before my data. Why? I went to the Power Query Editor and my table did not have these blank rows inserted when closing and applying.
@Anonymous
This could caused by the unsupported datatype of the orginal data, check whether all rows are load successfully loaded into Power bi desktop.

Those rows are likely really there but not showing in the preview. Highlight one of your columns and choose remove blank rows in the ribbon and then load. The blank rows should be gone.

Pat
