PowerApps custom visual error

Is the usage of PowerApps within Power BI down? I was trying to add a custom app to my report but was getting a server environment error.

When you use PowerApps, which account do you connect to?

Check the limitations here to find whether you meet any point.

Both the App creation in PowerApps and loading it in PBI is done using my AD account, I believe the connector between PBI and PowerApps was down yesterday which has happened in the past too, it is working fine now.
