Power bi pro Download

I tried to download Power BI Pro by using my email Id and got following error messge.

Your IT department has turned off signup for Microsoft Power BI. Contact them to complete signup.

Please allow me to download Power BI Pro.

The above error indicates that your organization’s IT administrator has disabled self-service signup for Power BI. Please run the PowerShell commands below to enable ad-hoc subscriptions.

Set-MsolCompanySettings -AllowAdHocSubscriptions $true
