Power bi desktop- download error 2019

Dear sir,

I went to the link, and want to upgrade the version for power bi desktop.

But all the link I found fail...

(I saw the latest version just publish 2019/02/11 but can't download...

My computer is window 7 and system is 64 bit )

It's for the boss and it's urgent.

Power BI desktop's link can't download now, could someone help me?
