Power bi dashboard how to add sort on date column

I applied sort on date time column it applied but if I go to another button and again come back to the same table then it removes the sort by date column.
Please help me how to apply date sort by deafult DESC.

IF you have a yearmonth column, you can go to your visual and in the top right, click on the three dots and choose sorting by 'yearmonth'.

I have date column in format like mm-dd-yyyy hh:mm:ss. 
As you said click on 3 dots and apply sort I alredy did that but after publishing the dashboard on power bi it removes the sort.

Red arrow --> sort items.

Sorting is not applied after publish the report on service.
