Power Query - the month portion is not properly flowed to the sotred procedure via the parameter

Hello,

As you can see in the screenshot below, the month portion is not properly flowed to the sotred procedure via the parameter. Could someone please shed some light on this matter?

 

I also experimented with the date as a date format and got the same error.image.png
