Power Query is converting a numeric column to true/false

I am loading a table into PowerBI via PowerQuery. One column is named "status", and has values of either 0,1,2,3. When I load it, the column is converted to True/False. Screenshots are of the column as seen in PyCharm, and as seen in the navigation step within PowerQuery. Please help, and thanks!

Edit: I believe the issue is that the string type in the database is "tinyint(1)=0" instead of just int. But how do I solve this?

I have tried that already, it loses the 2,3 values and converts to 0,1 values only. Same is true for all other number types.
