I exported a lot of Excel worksheets from SAP SEM to then import into PowerBi. In total, there were probably around 500k rows. I spent quite a bit cleaning it up in Power Query. When I hit save it implemented the changes but came up with Errors queries. PowerBI has been stuck with these five dots in motion for over an hour. I had no idea errors were present until after I went to save. Is there any way to salvage my work? Is it possible it can take an hour to process a request?

It should not take so long for the number of rows you specified. I would recommend you to start the process again but before final loading, Select remove errors to get rid of any errors before loading.
