Power Query Data Preview differs from Loaded Data

Hi,

My PBI is connected to a BigQuery database and has been refreshing fine until now. When I refresh my fact table I do not see any updates. 

If go to the query editor and refresh can see the yesterday's new data but when I close the query editor the data model doesn't update. The strange thing is if I duplicate the query and load it, it works fine. 

The refresh also dosen't work in Service. I've tried clearing the cache in the desktop but no luck. Any ideas what the issue is? Thanks!

@nbs333 can you make sure the table is checked include in report refresh ,right click on the table in PQ and see what is the status of that option.
