Power Query Challenge / or good videos recommendations?

how can i use power query to get this date shaped in the way i need it?

1, the first 6 rows need to be moved to create context for each row below

2. as per the  section M103, there are 5 sections like this across like that.

this seems fairly complicated to move around, just wondering how to do this?

There was a good presentation on the London PowerBI world tour. Tristan has a good example of how to clean a file with headers on multiple lines and merged cells: https://youtu.be/uZ3R-2CsHcA?t=18m25s (starts at 16:46 if you want an overview of the data he's using).

The solution is probably a combination of transpose, fill down, merge columns and unpivot.

@vanessafvg,

You could also format those ranges as tables. To use shortcut keys to display the Create Table dialog box, press CTRL+T. This way, you’ll see multiple named tables, making it much easier.
