Power KPI matrix feature - Row based data

Can someone please show me how a row-based data looks like? I am trying to use the power KPI matrix to display some KPIS.

I'm afriad that Power KPI Matrix is a custom visual in Power BI.

You could have a test with the attached pbix which is created with Power KPI Matrix.
