hi ,
i have published my power Bi to my workspace , given access to said workspace to one of my team members and then embedded the report to my sharepoitn site, when i load the share point page that has the report in i can view the report just fine , however my collegue gets a error saying " This content isnt available learn more abotu power BI" i have a pro license but my collegue doesnt, will they need a pro license to view the content? he also has full permission on the share point site .
You have two choices in the organizational space. Essentially all data consumers must either be licensed by a Power BI Pro license or Power BI Premium. Because you are using SharePoint, if you are using Office 365, an E5 license contains a Power BI Pro license. This too would suffice for this need.
Hope this helps.

@Anonymous yes, users you are sharing with, does need Pro license.
