Power Bi Supply Chain Dashboard

I want to create a Supply Chain dashboard that looks similar to https://pbiewarehousedemo.azurewebsites.net/warehouse
Does anyone know how to create the facility map and how to have items move in it? Is there any framework involved or is it totally custom?

Could you clarify which visuals the facility map is referred to ?

You should be able to view it by clicking on Vendor>Sign in. You do not need to enter the username and password. If that does not work here is the screenshot:

The green and the red boxes are moving in this facility. So basically it is tracking the items (boxes) in the facility in real-time
