Power Bi Desktop app not loading and crashing PC

The Power Bi Desktop app is not loading and crashing PC. I am using windows 10 and have used latest and the previous versions of the app. The issues is happening on multiple users.

Please help

Hi,

All the prerequistes are checked.  I have also tried Feb 2021 realease, latest release, tried 32bit and 64 bit , also changed the virtual memory.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please uninstall power bi desktop on your PC and delete all realated installation files about power bi, restart your PC.

Install the latest version of power bi desktop(May 2021) to check from here.

If it still crashes, please try to download the windows store version to check it again from here.
