Power Bi API's

Hello all,

I want to create visualisation using Power BI but not from their app instead using React JS code.

Then I think the option would be to use Power BI API's. As I am completely new to Power BI or using any API's. It would be great if someone can let me know, for example plot a bar chart taking csv file as input.

Also, please feel free to give any other suggestions if not using Power BI API's. Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

According to my understanding, you want to custom visualizations,right?

Please refer to the official document on how to do it.

Hope these could help you a little.

@v-eqin-msft @amitchandak

thanks for your replies. But I am not looking to create custom visuals instead I just want to use current available visuals in Power BI Desktop.

My question is if I can create data visualization of Power Bi by writing code in React Js instead of creating visualizations from Power BI Desktop?

thanks
