Power BI vs Power Query for charts and different relationships

Hello, I have basically made a model on both power query and power bi.

I've got 700k lines so power bi dax would be quite faster and probably more useful for me, since power query takes between 7 and 10 minutes to load the data.

However, my question is... since the end goal of this is making some complex charts to replicate the existing ones which management is used to look at and:

  1. I cant replicate those charts on power bi because it is an hassle to add grand totals for example and other stuff

  2. Power bi data cant be converted into a pivot table (at least automatically or in the means of a cube. (Or can it?)

Should I just keep going with power query, cos since it's already done and even though it was more time consuming to build than power bi, it is the only alternative to me. Or is there ways to:

  1. Convert data into a query somehow

  2. Create a cube connection to automatically make pivot tables in excel?

I hope I made my doubts clear. Thank you
