Here is my source data:
I then create two Tables "Version_1" and "Version_2". I then create slicers to compare different versions:
Value V1, Value V2, Quarter V1, and Quarter V2 are all calculated using dax statements like this:
My issue is aggregation with Value V2 Adj. Here is the logic for Value V2 Adj:
So if Quarter V1 <> Quarter V2 value = 0, but if the quarters are equal then value = Value 2.
Each row calculates correctly, but then I cannot sum at the bottom of the table and build aggregated charts.

Hi @Anonymous ,
The total value of [Value V2 Adj] = 0 is correct. The calculation logic is like below:
Please try to modify your measure as @amitchandak mentioned:
Value V2 Adj 2 =
SUMX (
VALUES ( 'Table'[Customer] ),
IF ( [Quarter V1] <> [Quarter V2], 0, [Value V2] )
)

@Anonymous , Try like.
sumx(Values(table[customer]), if([Quarter V1] <> [Quarter V2],0, [value V2] ))
sumx(Summarize(table[customer],"_1", if([Quarter V1] <> [Quarter V2],0, [value V2] )),[_1])
@Anonymous This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376
