Power BI to send emails based on criteria

I'm wondering.

If I have contact information as part of a BI report, can I have BI work with Outlook to generate emails based on criteria associated with that contact?

Example:  I have a piece of business that BI shows as paid to jon.smith@msn.com.  Can I have BI recognize that email and send an automated thank you?

@Anonymous, unfortunately, it is not possible but you can mail icon in the matrix visual and on click of it, it will open the mail program and you can send emails manually but not what you are looking for.

I would  Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!

Thank you for the quick response.  Are you saying there is a mail icon on the matix visual?  I don't see that or perhaps I am misunderstanding.

@Anonymous read this article,  you have to change the data category of your measure/column to Web Url and the text in the measure should start with mailto:
