Power BI stuck on "building your app"

The users that need to open my Power BI App gets stuck on "Building your app" even though they have previously accessed it successfully. I have a Premium license.

@nickspizza were you able to find a resolution to your issue?  We have several team members stuck with "Building your app" for the last few days.  We attempted clearing cache, updating the app, republishing the report and updating again.  They are still stuck.

1. Has the premium subscription expired?
2. Can you find this app in AppSource?
3. Have you tried to update the app?

@nickspizza , Ask the user to clear cache and try. else republish app and ask user to try again
