Hi,
I noted yesterday that in the report view when I select any kind of chart the toolbar of the chart is overlapping the header of the chart it self, check the image:

I have reinstalled Prower BI but the issue still there.

I noticed this also. In the July release, users are now able to configure the visual header and by default the visual header is set to be in same space as the title of the visualisation: visual header features
You could try aligning the title to the left and also removing unecessary visual header buttons. Or then disable the visualisation header and create a separate textbox above the visualisation.

Now it fixed. I missed the option to activate/deactivate the modern header in the raport settings.
