Power BI publish error due to data size issue

Hello everyone!

 

Today I have ran into a strange error that reads the below screenshot:

I went ahead and added myself to Premium per user license category and I am still facing the error of publishing this file to the workspace. The size of the PBIX file is 2.5 GB.

My question is - Do I need to upgrade the workspace to Premium before publishing so that it can accomodate or how should it work? The following are the options I am seeing right now in the workspace settings:

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

@Sashwato anyone need access to the artifacts published in PPU backed workspace will not PPU license.

@Sashwato yes you need to assign premium capacity to the workspace to make it work.

If I am selecting Premium per uer since we don't have a Premium capacity in our tenant, how will that effect the workspace? Does that mean only Premium per user licenses can see the workspace?
