I have a report where I am selecting M1 to M10(multiple selection of milestones), which decides the range of milestones. If the selection is suppose M3, M7, M10 it should generate a report with 2 horizontals bars for count of milestones which will be from M3 to M7, M7 to M10. How can I calculate milestones based on MIN(ActualEndDate) of M3, and MAX(ActualEndDate) of M7, MIN(ActualEndDate) of M7 to MAX(ActualEndDate).
Hi @Anonymous
It is hard for me to understand.
Could you provide more information?
For example:
Which columns are in your table? "ActualEndDate", "milestones"?
Then you add "milestones " in a slicer, right?
"2 horizontals bars for count of milestones" , does this refer to a column chart?
you add "milestones" in the Axis field and "ActualEndDate" in the Value field, right?
Best Regards
Maggie
I have different milestones with actual end dates, I need to count volume of milestones based on my selection, If I select multiple milestones M2, M5,M7 It should give me count in a stack graph from M2 to M5( eveything in between also), M5 to M7 based on my x-axis which is actual end date.
So the problem I am stuck is to generate dynamic count everything in between M2-M5,M5-M5.
Note: user can select multiple milestones anything between M1-M10 and some milestones can also get added in near future too.
Hi @Anonymous
How many milestones do Users need to select? More than three?
For example, select M1, M3,M5,M7?
Best Regards
Maggie
Yes user can select any number of milestones but the result should fetch all data in between. Example- for Selection M3, M7,M9 the result should be everything from M3 to M7 and everything from M7 to M9
