Power BI desktop Unable to login V2.50

What do I need to log into Power BI Desktop?  I am a government employee with an O365 account.  Are government accounts not supported for Power BI Desktop?  If so, is there a workaround?

If you have an O365 account, were you assigned a Power BI license? Or signed up by yourself?
