We are evaluating azure IOT in our department.
We created free account on AZURE IOT portal and evaluated various services.
Now in order to get hands on the visualisation we trying to create free account for "Power BI Desktop"
After we click on "Try Free" button, we get message "You’re using "email address" with another Microsoft service already. To finish signing up for Microsoft Power BI, sign in with your existing password."
When we click on "Sign in", we are getting error message "Sorry that didn't work"
Please help us to understand the issue related to login.

I have made a test with an account that with another Microsoft service already, and everything works well like below.
You could use another browser to have a try.
You could also try to sign in app.powerbi.com directly without click on "Try Free" to check if you will have the error message?
In addition, is your account managed in Office 365 Admin portal or Azure Activity Directory?
