Power BI desktop JIRA content pack - loading partial data

Hi All,

I was able to connect to my on-remise JIRA instance after I opened the content pack of JIRA in my local Power BI desktop.

But it just returned around 3.5k records of certain projects.

I have more than 0.4 million issues in my JIRA db.

@v-sihou-msft and others,

I think the issue is because of the changes which JIRA has performed with their REST api behavior.

You can see this below link for more details where you can also find some solutions in the comment but they mostly seem to be workarounds. I am now going ahead by using my on-premised jira db as a data source and I will be using a data gateway.

Please check the Power Query for retrieving data in Query Editor->Advanced Editor to see if it applies any filter on the dataset. If there's nothing unusual. I suggest you post your question on JIRA forum: https://community.atlassian.com/

Regards,
