Power BI customized capacity metrics pbix

Hi, I have a requirement where I need to create a custom capacity metrics report. I am able to connect to the default capacity metrics dataset workspace through workspace.

I am looking for some design ideas as the existing app doesn't give us information such as which dataset is consuming the most memory while refreshing, which dataset is consuming more CPU etc...so wondering if somebyhad built anything custom and can share pbix file which I can refer or use please.

Thanks for your help in advance

Thanks for your reply, yes I have done this before but just that I am unable to specific metrics such as "Which Datasets are consuming more memory" "At what time my capacity memory & or CPU is consuming more and due to what" kind off...

Hi @Anonymous

I don't find a sample pbix file. But I think maybe you can edit the contents in the default capacity metrics app. Go to Apps, click ... beside Capacity Metrics app and select Edit. You will go to the workspace of this template app and are able to edit the report there. You can open the CapacityMetrics report and edit it. When editing, you will find which fields are used in each visual. And you can add more pages and choose appropriate fields to create visuals.

Besides, this doc (Power BI Premium Metrics app) may be helpful.
