Power BI consulting consulting startup

Hi, I hope this is right place to ask due it's regarding power bi. So I want to startup a own power bi consulting by myself and my customers would be other companies who need reports, dashboards and eveythings that can be done in power bi. What's I need when startup a firm like that? Do I need for myself begin with subscribe a Power BI Pro and Office 365?

Or it's each company I'm consutling for have resposible to buy for their own license for themselves and also for me? How does it work?

Actually you don't need to purchase pro license if you don't have a group who should be shared reports with. However, in my opinion, if your customers need the report/dashboard, It's convenient for you to purchase a pro license because you can share contents(dashboard, report, content packs or apps) with the external user(your customers) very easily.
