Power BI connectivity with Incident Remedy tool

Hi Folks ,

My organisation is using BMC remedy tool for Incident and Change Management . I have to connect it for analysis of it's data . As I can see there is no connector available to connect and fetch data . Please suggest if there is any api available to connect Remedy tool or there it any other way to achieve this .

Hi @Vinaysingh115 ，

May be  you can use the Remedy Import Tool. It has the capability to automatically import a CSV file. It takes as inputs a mapping file and the CSV file (with full paths of course). Then Import data from CSV to Power BI.
