Power BI connect to SharePoint Online on client's domain

I have a tricky problem.  I am implementing a Power BI solution for an external client.  The client's Power BI solution needs to connect to files in their SharePoint Online site.  Although I have been given access to the SharePoint site, I cannot get Power BI to connect to files on the SharePoint site because it asks me for credentials and my Office365 account is a different domain to the client's Office365 account.  What is the best solution to resolve this issue as the client needs our expertise but wants the files to be stored on their SharePoint site.  

Are any of these options viable:

1. Client provides us with greater access to its SharePoint site (if so, how?)

2. Client sets up a highly restricted Office365 account for us to connect the data

What are our options realistically?

I think you can ask the Client to set up an Office365 account for you which have access to the needed online list.

Thanks Yuliana, the client will likely have security issues with setting me up with an Office365 account as I am not an employee of their organisation.  

What about if their Sharepoint page somehow syncs with our Sharepoint page and the Power BI solution is linked to our SharePoint page?  

Do you know if this feature is something that Microsoft will be adding in the near future?  I would imagine all external consultants to Power BI would need this so this is very fundamental to the usability of Power BI as a solution in the market place!  I believe Tableau has the ability to embed passwords when working across organisations.
