Power BI connect to Avaya via ODBC

Hi,

I saw yesterday on one of the forms that we can connect Power Bi to the Avaya(Telephony System) via ODBC. 

Before digging into more detail can I ask if anyone has done this before so I can speak to my suppliers to provide me with ODBC connection information.

I shall be very thankful if you can help me to sort out this.

i an trying to connect live with AVAYA IQ 5.2.5.0.590_10991_20146_SP5 to get AHT and Service LVL is it possible

Maybe you can take a look at this article which talks about connecting with ODBC to get historical data.
