Power BI cannot output data with Traditional Chinese

Currently I try to export data from power BI using R scripts because there are more than 20,000 rows in the dataset.

However, some error may occur when the data contains traditional Chinese. The error message is as the following screenshot. 

I would like to ask if there is any method to solve this problem or just because Traditional Chinese data don't be supported by current Power BI version ?

By my tests, if I export the data like below via R script in query editor, there is no issues.

Here is my R script.

What is your power bi desktop version? Please check if you have installed the latest one 2.72.5556.801.

Here comes my R code and I believe that there is no problem in that.

Besides I have updated my Power BI Desktop to the latest version.

Still, the same error message jumped out again.

Is there anything else I can do to solve this problem ?
