Power BI and SCCM SQL : Certificate chain was issued by n authority that is not truested

Hello,

Data read from SCCM SQL database and data are reflected as report in Power BI in cloud.
Power BI is not refreshed for last 9 months and below message appeared when perform the refresh.

Please help how to fix this issue.
