Power BI - "Do not summarize" missing - Not showing actual data

Please help! I am looking to make a chart to show the actual data by month. But "Do not summarize" is not available. Please advise

I already converted all data to numbers.

Change the values from count to sum to work on it.

Hi @marketwasher 

you are using higher level of date hierarchy

remove Quarter and Day from axis field then press on "Expand all down" button in visual, which looks like

Thank you for the swift response. That fixes the date but the "count" is still showing
