Hi ,
I have a mesure witch represente un Rate in a given week and another witch is the % change of this Rate relative to the last week.
I have also to add conditionnel formatting.
I should represent these 2 mesures in one Card.
I've tried Card With States but it doesn't work.
Can anyone help me with a solution

Hi @Mila ,
You need to hold down the CTRL key and select the two cards you want to group with your mouse. Then click the right mouse button and the Group option will appear. Then you can set the background color, etc. for this group.
Or you can try multi-row card visual.
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Winniz

@Mila , We either append these measures.
We even created two card visuals and grouped them together - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-grouping-visuals
