Power BI Visual to visualize Multiple Actions in different areas

Hello everyone,

I need some help to find the right visual to visualize my data.

Basically, i want to visualize the number of actions taken in a five different areas to improve public transport. My Excel Sheet looks like this:

So Action 5 for example is active in Area 2 and Area 5.

I'm looking for a nice tool to visualize these filters, and preferably link it to other visuals as well.

Does anyone has any ideas?

Thank you very much in advance!

@coennouweland my first recommendation is to unpivot this table which can be easily done in power query. Now regarding visuals, you didn't explaing what business problem you are trying to solve or what you want to highlight from this data. There are tons of visuals available in power bi and after market as well (mostly free) and you can create stunning reports but you need to know what business problem you are trying to solve.

If my solution proved useful, I'd be delighted to receive Kudos. When you put effort into asking a question, it's equally thoughtful to acknowledge and give Kudos to the individual who helped you solve the problem. It's a small gesture that shows appreciation and encouragement! ❤

@parry2k thanks for your reply!

I'm trying to find a way to create a relationship in my model between the actions and the areas they are in. The picture below shows the actions on the left in a Chiclet slicer. If one of the actions is highlighted, multiple areas should light up in the map (Made by Synoptic Panel).

The other way around, if an area is selected in the Synoptic Panel multiple actions should light up in the Chiclet slicer.

Thank you!
